I'm looking for this story in which Justin is about to leave for California. He doesn't tell Brian, but of course, Brian finds out anyway. (I remember, they are lying in bed, Justin talks about somebody else leaving, and Brian says something along the lines of "When are you?"). The chapter I remember best is with the two of them in Brian's car, but Justin is driving - on the edge of a nervous breakdown. They get to a rest stop where Justin freaks out in a bathroom stall. On the way back Justin pays for gas with Brian's wallet finding a hospital card in it with all the information about Justin's hospital stay on it. 

I'd be really grateful for any help.
