Looking for a fic

Hello everyone.

I am looking for a specific fic. Okay. It was a AU fic of Brian visiting Gus in a hospital and he runs into Justin, who was a cancer patient. And Justin and Brian didn't get along at first, because Justin had a hard time trusting people. But in the end, Brian and Justin fell in love before Justin passed away from cancer. At the end of the fic, Brian confronted Justin's parents. If anyone knows the name of the story I am talking about, I will be really grateful.
