Epic, slightly AU with Brian's family. FOUND!

Okay i'm looking for a fic i read last year.  It's was really long, maybe even a bunch of stories put together.  It starts with Justin going through Brian's things and somehow finds book/diary about a relative of Brian's that was an artist.  That leads them to find out that Brian has an older brother through his dad, and they meet and become family.  I remember Brian's family lives on a farm or something like that, and at one point, Brian, Justin, and Brian's brother make Gus an awesome treehouse.  Another story or part, had Claire's kids getting into trouble and Brian arranging for them to go to this work farm type thing where they change their ways.  Also another part has justin, brian his brother and his brother's bf traveling in central and south america looking for more paintings of Brian's artist relative.   Ooh, and the last part had Brian and Justin having a little girl through a surrogate and they live right next to Brian's brother in a little country cottage and brian loves to garden. 
Thats all I can remember.  Hopefully someone knows what this is, cause i hope i didnt just make it up. (that's been known to happen.)
