Lookin for a specific fic

I read it a few months ago, but can't remember what it's called.

Brian has a really bad cough.  He thinks that his cancer has come back and spread, so he decides to disappear.  He first goes to Ibiza, but then travels and ends up back in the Pitts.  At some point he reconciles w/ Claire, and moves into a deserted Britin. 

Does that sound familiar to anyone?

heh, no hard feelings. I actually stopped reading this fic somewhere along the way anyway when angst got too intense for a Sunday afternoon (:

Does or doesn't have a happy ending? Please I don't want to read it if it doesn't end whit Brian and Justin together, so could you tell me, please?

Don't worry, it has a happy ending. It gets very angst-y at some points, but the end is happy and worth working through the angst. :)
