Death Fics...

I'm looking to two major character death fics. I usually never read this kind of fics but these two fics were so well written that I didn't mind reading them.

The first one I'm looking for  is a song fic : Forsaken by VNV Nation (I think that's what's called) Brian dies(I don't remember how he dies) Jusin gets a tatoo in memory of Brian. That's all I remember about that one. Sorry I'm not much help:(

The second one I'm looking for is after 308 I believe. Justin tells Brian that he has been getting really bad headaches and he has to go see the doctor and Brian offers to go with him to the doctor. The doctor tells them that Justin has to have surgery. Justin goes into surgery but does not make it out

I don´t know the first one but the second sounds to me pretty much as "You Saved Me" by splittingsun. I haven´t a straight link to the fic, I have saved it on my computer if you care. But I believe somebody else would be able to provide the right access.
