Looking for a post-513 story

Hey, I can only remember bits and pieces hopefully this is enough... Justin is living with a different man.  They can barely pay the rent, and Justin sells his computer to pay for it.  Brian ends up buying the building and moves into the top floor unit.  He pays some guy to live under Justin and blast music of his choosing.  The guy Justin's living with turns out to be a transvestite.  I think this is also part of the story but it might not be.  Brians cancer returns and he is enrolled in something experimental called the Institute, some women in the building is also enrolled and I thinkshe has a baby. I think it is a pretty long story.  Thanks everyone.

It's Wanting by Keisha7 you can find some of the chapter at Bjfic but for the hole story you have to friend.

I just finished reading it and it was great really worth the read.
