1.18 Gapfiller, Brian's POV

I'm looking for a 1.18 gapfiller from Brian's POV, his thoughts on finding out that Justin was accepted to PIFA and then learning that he considered not going, that kind of things. 

I thought I'd read something like this, but I couldn't find anything in flamencanyc's compendium or in fic links on QaF_Rewind or the memories here.... Did I just dream it up?
