So, there's 0corona0's Sorry's Bullshit, which includes current Brian/Daphne as well as early Brian/Vic and B/J.
Also, armandlegg recommended Randall's Six and a Half Weeks which I can attest is an amazing piece of writing, as is all of Randall's work.
And court1429 thinks she recalls Morpheus' stuff having some well-written Brian/Vic in there. I haven't had a chance to go back and check, but as court1429 pointed out, Morpheus is always worth a read regardless, and I think she is right about there being some B/Vic in there too.

Don't know that I'd call these precisely B/Vic, but Vic's certainly featured from what I remember. And if I'm wrong, well... it's Morpheus, so a reread can't be a bad thing! Check her site for several prequels - there are 3 or 4, I think.

Though it's my own story, I still think you might like to read it. It's not only a pre Season 1!Brian/Vic friendship, but also B/J and Brian/Daphne. A Christmas fic. :)
