No, I don't think there's two versions. Not quite sure though, haven't read it in a while. I think the differences in versions are due to the fact that there are four parts from different POV's (Ethan, Mikey, Brian, Justin) and that some people (including myself) only ever read Brian's and Justin's parts and not all four ;D
