Midnight Whispers

I've gone through most of the bjfic.net archives which is how I found some great authers like xie and vamphile and eventually ended up over here.  I'm wondering if anyone can recommend some authors at Midnight Whispers.  I like pretty much every kind of scenario but am looking for the really good writers.  Suggestions?

I’m not entirely sure I would agree that Midnight Whispers is the cesspool of OCC bad!fic it has been made out to be here. I may be biased as a Midnight Whispers veteran, but I think there are a few very good writers left there (if you can find them). I'd suggest checking out the ‘top ten’ lists. They’re generally a good way of separating the wheat from the chaff :) That said, I think I agree that the quality of writing is better on LJ overall- but I wouldn't write MW off entirely ;)

Thank you for the top ten list suggestion separating the wheat from the chaff is exactly what I was looking to do! I just don't have the time to search through everything looking for what appealed to me (in character voices and writing that flows) and yet I'd seen so many links to the stories there. I'll check out the top ten lists and see if any of the authors suggested by other posters here appeal to me.
