Fun with candles

I'm  looking for a fic (it's for my friends tweedygaland sidhehonest!) where Justin ties Brian to the bed and drips candle wax on him and then fucks him with the candle.  Does anyone remember this fic and where they can find it?

What immediately comes to mind is Third Time's the Charm (http://triciaqaf.livejournal.com/17136.html) by triciaqaf. In part 4 Justin drips candle wax on Brian and then fucks him, but not with the candle and there's no tying up, so I'm not sure if that's the one.

I had forgotten about triciaqaf's fic. That's not it though. I think the one I'm looking for is post-513 when Brian comes to NY to visit Justin.
