Looking for two fics

Hi!

I'm looking for this AU fic where Brian was ... well, the devil, and owned the building where his loft is. Justin was an artist and was his new tenant. I remember Debbie knew about Brian's secret and was the one that showed the apartment to Justin. The fic was based on that famous horror movie by that famous director, argh why can't I remember the name! The plot sounds a little weird and tacky but I remember enjoying the story very much.  
Do you know of any more good qaf fics based on movies? 

Another one I'm looking for is this one where Justin and Brian get stuck together at a mysterious island, like the LOST island, and develop a relationship. I think Justin was eleven? and Brian was sixteen when their boat sinks and they arrive at the island. It was a very recent fic and the author was updating it. It was very cool, too.

I think the first one is "Justin's Baby" based on the movie "Rosemary's Baby". Don't have the link but it was by slave_o_spike. I think there's a link on the writers profile to the fic.

The second I'm pretty sure is "Stranded in Paradise" by scoobysnacks.It may be locked to non friends I'm not sure.

The story hasn't been updated in ages but she did post on her IJ about a week ago that she does hope to finish up her WIPs in the QAF fandom someday even though she has moved on to other fandoms.

I believe the second fic you're looking for is actually "Innocence" by jans_intentions. Her fic list is here (http://jans-intentions.livejournal.com/326640.html). The fic is completed but it is f-locked so if you're not on her f-list you'll need to ask to be added.

Thank you for the link to "Justin's baby". I'm going to ask jans_intentions to friend me, I think that's really the fic I'm looking for. Though how could I have read it the first time, a few weeks ago, if I wasn't on her friends list? But from her description it sounds like the fic I read. Weird.

You may have read Jan's fic before she made her changes and I think locked her journal and also set up her new ones and moved some of them. :)
