Car crash with two alternative endings

I'm looking for a fic I can only remember bits of. The story had two alternative endings (or maybe only alternative endings of a chapter).
In one ending Brian and Justin were in a car crash on a snowy road (on the way to a hotel, I think). Brian survived but was badly hurt. Justin was badly hurt too because he didn't wear a seat belt. I think Justin died in the car and Brian lost his will to live and died too in the car wreck.
In the alternative ending Brian made sure that Justin wore his seat belt and the both survived with only some scratches.

It was a longer story and I think I read it on www.mags-nificent.com.

Does anyone know this fic?

Can it be The Christmas Chronicles (http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/SiF/Chronicle.htm) by Simon? One of the chapters has two alternate endings, but I only read the happy ending because I really can't read death fics. But there is definitely a car crash in that story :)
