Hashbrownies?

I've lost a fic that I've read probably ten or twelve times. I think I found it first on Queer Eyes, but I've gone over the list there several times now and I just can't find it. Anyway, the story is that Craig is in the hospital, and Justin wants to visit him but he also kind of doesn't, and Brian gets him to go by feeding him hashbrownies and convincing him that he'll feel better after he goes. They dance in the elevator at some point, and Brian thinks a guy in the elevator looks like a senator or some other kind of political figure.
