AU fic in Germany?

Hi!

I'm looking for this great AU fic I read awhile ago and can't remember who the author was. Brian was an american lawyer living in Germany and Justin was a hustler who was found unconscious and I think without a kidney (?) and Brian was nominated his lawyer. I remember Brian had some tatoos in his arms, I think. It was a really original and well thought of story. 
Does anyone know who the author is? Thank you for the help, in advance =)
