I am looking for a fic where Justin lives in the same building as Brian. Brian hears what he thinks is loud sex but it is Justin being beaten. I think Justin is sort of a "kept" man. The jerk who keeps him shares him with others. I think one of the others is Stockwell. Justin tapes his encounters and gets away with the tapes. Trouble ensues!

If it's the one I'm thinking of, it was on Midnight Whispers. It's called Kept, but it's not there now. Justin was the "boyfriend" of a drug dealer/supplier and Brian lived upstairs.
