 i'm looking for two fics 
1 where Daphne's boyfriend was hitting her and Justin comes to visit Daphne and see's her hurt  and they are having lunch at the diner with the gang when the guy show's up and jerks Daphne around and Justin punches him and the guy run's off and he tells the gang he took self defence classes or somthing like that and Brian thought he was cheating on him again

2 Brian leaves Justin for somone he works with in New York and Justin get's in a accident and he is seriously injured he calls Brian and the guy answers the phone and dosen't tell Brian Justin called and Justin breaks contact with everyone except a women who is taking care of him in his house in the country somewhere the guy gose to see him to tell him to leave Brian alone
