getithere hey everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has really sat down and tried to put the entire series on a real life time line to figure out when holidays or other major events happened in the series. I'm just trying to figure out where approximately valentine's day would have been in season 3 and I'm thinking over those episodes and it seems to me the entire season took place during winter and/or fall because I think they were always wearing jackets...
does anyone know where I can see a visual calendar or time line of all the episodes and where they fell?

Luckily though, CowLip where so nice to leave it open enough that literally everyone could make up their own unique timeline! (Do we have a sarcasm smiley?)

no making sense of when things are supposed to happen. For
instance, it's pretty clear that Vic dies in late January
or February of 2004 (we see his stone, which gives his dates,
2001-2004 -- although the ID for Babylon he gives to Justin in
S1 says he was born in 2002), because when Deb wakes up Em
with her Christmas preparations, Em says it's February. So
that seems clear. However, a few eps later Emmett meets Drew,
who is playing for the Ironmen during the regular season --
which runs in the fall, not the winter. So, what month IS it?
No clue.
And then there are Justin's two birthdays, Michael's two
birthdays, and Ted's THREE birthdays -- all different
months/dates.
In other words, you need to make your own sense of it all.

Episode 107 : Brian's adresse : SIX FULLER, CORNER OF TREMONT. He's talking to the trick.
Episode 110 - How old is Molly?? Height candles on the cake. Do the Math Justin is 17 she's 8 so 9 years difference.
Episode 114 -
The Kip Thomas episode : take place in December - see the lights = Xmas decoration.
That's also the episode where Brian is playing Guitar ... so we can assume that he has a very hidden talent ...

Episode 122 : I do some research and a lot of people told me that proms take usually place in may.
I supposed that the prom took place the 19th may 2001.
Brian Birthday took place the day or two days before, I don't know.
I think it's the day before, because Michael is leaving on the Prom's day, and the party is just the night before .. and Brian has his scarfing thing the same night ...
So Justin got bashed the 19th may 2001, his in a coma for 2 weeks and rehab for 1 month, that lead us end June or beginning July.

party is October 2000, so Michael is likely November.
No matter what you do, you can't reconcile these vastly
different birthdates in Season 1 and Season 2. Since S1
is the season that has the most coherence, timewise, I
prefer to stick to those dates -- Michael born in November
1970, and Justin born in December 1982, while Brian was
born in the spring, probably April, but possibly as late
as May 1971.

Time between 204 - 302 : 1 year ... Justin finished his first year with honor, the new term is coming up.
When Justin is with his dad, he figured that since he finished his first year with honor’s and in spite of the hand, that his father would change his mind. Says his dad makes too much money for him to get aid, and that he can't work full time and still go. Craig asks what about Brian. Justin says they broke up. Craig's very happy with that. As Mel and Linds does the list of the potential father : Justin = he's only 19!

Episode 307 – Melanie is pregnant, Justin broke up with Ethan - And there's the beautiful backroom scene.
Episode 308 : Time between 307 and 308 : 1 month - Daphne to Justin : "practically the entire first month of rent."
Episode 314 – Melanie just said she finished her first trimester.

Time between 301 : 501 2 years - Why? In 301 Mel and Linds had their 8 years anniversary – 501 they should party for their 10 years together.
Episode 503 : During the sex session – Brian said 4 weeks, Justin 4 years
Episode 507 : Brian told Michael : "...no one plays dewey eye innocent better than you. Although at 34 you're getting a little long in the tooth for short pants..."

Episode 510 - 01:26 : Help stop proposition 14 / Benefit Concert/ Thursday march 10th or 17th 2005 - I can't see the date clearly
That's also the moment Michael said to Ben that not even a year ago, we get married in Canada.
Brian is cancer free, and told Ted he is going to Australia for Mardi-Gras in Sydney, I made some research and find out that this day is the same every where and it take place the February 08th 2005
In 2005 the Mardi-Gras in Sydney ran from Feb 4 and finished with the Parade on 5th March.
Brian will be there in 48h – he will celebrate Mardi Gras in Sydney!! – we are 2 days before the Benefit Concert.
After the bombing, the contractor told Ted that Babylon will cost $100.000 and 4-6 weeks work to rebuilt it.
We can suppose: police investigations one/ two weeks

Ted was also 33 in that same episode, while Brian doesn't
turn 30 until the spring of 2001. Ted is then 39 in 2005,
at the end of S5, according to Brian -- who has seen Ted's
paperwork, since he's his boss.
