Does anyone remember the fiction in which Daphne died, Justin disappeared and no one know what happened?

Is there out some fiction in which something happened to Daphne and it has an impact on the boys life?

I remember one were she drown in HER pool and Justin is the one the found her. He was supposed to meet her and he was late. When he found her he tried to save her. I will try to find that link.
