Does anyone remember a fic where Brian and Justin take a road trip and end up near Hazlehurst? Brian decides they have to take a detour and makes a big deal about what a success Emmett is to the locals.

It is quinn222's series which starts with Correspondence. The one you're looking for, though, is Adventures, the second in the series. The part you're looking for is probably in the first 50 or so pages of Adventures. I love this series!

Thank you! It's Quinn's and that might be why I couldn't find it with Google. I will check out The Outsiders though. I don't think I've read that one. :)
