Brian is sick

Hi everyone, I am looking for a fic that I read recently in which Brian is Sick. All I can remember is two scenes involving Melanie. One where she runs into Brian at the doctor where he admits to having cancer and the other where she is making changes to his will. I know its not much but hope that someone will recognize it. Thanks for any help
