 I am looking for a fic, this is what I remember:

Justin & Brian are in NY, Justin (I think) find a building for kinnetic ( I am not sure if the building was a church) and for them to live too, in this building Brian see a ghost and talks with him, this ghost is the one that tells Brian where they can rent a cheap apartment until the can live in the building, the mother or grandmother of the ghost is the one that rent the cheap apartment.
