 I was reading a B/J Christmas fic the other day where Vic came back to show Brian would could happen to him.  He overdosed on pain meds and left michael with his power of attorney and Mickey wouldn't let Justin see Brian can someone please help me find it.

 Found it thanks to pclu2004.  It's the Scrooged story that can be found the lj community queer_as_xmas.

I think I just realized that you have to ask to join the community in order to be able to see all the fics. I did and then I could find Scrooged.
