I was thinking that there might be a B/J version of "Pretty Woman"

But broader, what fics are out there that are based on Movie or book plots?

Ashleigh wrote Blue Moon (http://www.ridiculouslyromantic.com/Fiction/BlueMoonChapter1.htm) based off of the original Bruce Willis/Cybil Sheppard show Moonlighting.

I can't say how helpful that is, mostly because I generally commented to see if you could link me to 'Justin'. It's not the easiest title to search for, and I felt silly not offering anything (unhelpful though it was!)
