hey everyone, looking for another fic. This is going to be really vague, but ill try to remember as much as i can.

in the fic im looking for, emmet and and justin are really good pals. justin moves to the pitts (i think) and needs a place to stay so emmet offers for him to stay at his place in his basement? i think emmet owns a party planning business. some other small details i recall are that justin and brian hook up one night and instead of going to the loft they go to justins 'place'. im pretty sure justins virgin and brian pops his cherry and then afterwards justin says something that offends brian, like the fuck was nice or something. and the last thing i remember was something about condom trouble.

anyway, hope someone has an idea what the hell im talking about cause i remember the fic was really good. :)
