FOUND!!! Daddy Brian fic and Justin cancer fic.

Hi,
I am looking for two specific fics that I read a few months ago and I seem to have lost them.

The first one I am looking for is a fic where Brian and Justin are together and Gus is staying with them and he is 12 years old. One day Gus' blood sugar goes wacky and he gets really sick and Brian has to stay up with him all night to make sure he doesn't slip into a coma. Also if you have some good daddy Brian fics preferably with Gus, but whatever works. I really appreciate it.

The second one I am looking for is instead of Brian getting cancer, Justin gets cancer and survives the first time but I think there is a sequel where it reoccurs and I can't remember if he lives but I think he does.

The first (i think ) is sisterre's Life is Just fine and then a hiccup... (http://sisterre.livejournal.com/27201.html), which is mainly a Justin H/C story, but Gus is a diabetic. Has an unfinished sequel in her memories-she is pretty busy with life, i guess...

The second could be Simon's Remission (http://www.mags-nificent.com/MSW/SiF/Remission.htm)...but it is a Death!fic. I kind of remember another one where Justin had testicular cancer, and later prostate cancer, but i can't remember for the life of me who did it...

the first one is the story I was looking for but the second was not. I have read Remission also because someone else told me that was the story, They were wrong and I got to be emotionally drained by reading the damn thing but it was still good. Thanks!

I think the second ones are by Sapphire, on Midnight Whispers. The initial story is 'Alright' and the sequel is 'Abide with Me'.

Okay, just checked again - the story is 'White and the Colour Within', the sequel is 'Abide With Me' . 'Alright' *is* a cancer fic but I don't think they are the same timeline.
