Please help me. I've been searching for this fic I read a couple of months ago.
Basically, Justin was kidnapped while he was comatosed in a hospital after an accident of sort, and when he came to, he's in another place and had amnesia (not sure if chemically-induced or a result of the accident). He was befriended by this female nurse who later became his fiancee (course, he just had to forget he's gay!), and this happened for a couple of years. Then, here's the clincher, one day he's suddenly bombarded by dreams and flashbacks of this tall gorgeous guy (wonder who THAT is?!), with the two of them doing couple-y stuff. He was flabbergasted and felt disturbed by all this, but he didn't divulge ALL of this info to his fiancee. But they were also determined that Justin recovers his memory, and so they investigated, and ended up in Pittsburgh. And that's where it all gets interesting.
