Song lyrics from S2E15 that I can't understand it's driving me nuts!!!

Hi!  Haven't been here in about 6 years, but I've recently started listening to my QAF mix again and I am stumped by a particular lyric.  I hope this is not considered "off topic", but didn't know where else to turn (Google doesn't even have the info!)

There is a song that plays in the background of Season 2 Ep. 15 where Michael & Justin are in Woody's & Justin angry with Brian.

I know the song is Freedom (Andy & The Lamboy Progressive Club Mix). It's basically the same lyrics over & over & over, but there is a section where I simply cannot understand what the singer is saying & it's driven me nuts for years. If there is someone who can complete this lyric, I will be forever grateful!!!
