Brian and Justin meet on an island that helps you find your soulmate.

I read a fic a couple of years ago now where Brian heads to a tropical island to find his soulmate, I think Ted told him about it. Anyhoo, Brian and Justin meet on the island, at a resort there, as I believe justin was there for the same thing. Mikey follows Brian in an attempt to make Brian believe they're soulmates. He follows Brian and Justin all over the island and ends up getting lost or something trying to come between B&J. Mikey learns his lesson and at the end decides to back to that same island to find his own soulmate. That's really all I remember. Like I said, it's been some years since I last read it. I can't remember the author's name or what site I read it on.
