getithereLooking for a fic where Justin is on dialysis. He still works at the diner and that is where he meets the gang. Justin goes to the hospital weekly and is friends with an older lady. If I recall correctly, Brian finds out that Justin needs a kidney, he offers to get tested to see if he is a match
