FOUND! Brian exposes fraud medical trial drug

So this is driving me crazy. I remember an exlusive club. I think they live in NY now? Brian has partners at work. He has to sell a trial drug and notices somethings wrong and finds out the drug has side effects and is meant to hurt minorities. the owner is a bigot but has twin gay sons. They expose fraud at a dinner party where the frauds wife and partners wife ask for pink champagne. Lol I remember parts of the story. No idea title or author. Someone please help!
