getithere's first birthday, let's all share our wisdom (?) and give some search advice. I'll link to this entry from the info page, so newbies here can bask in our knowledge and experience.
What's your advice for how to find the fic you're looking for? Comment and I'll add them up here in the entry.
Here's my two cents:
1. I like to use Google Advance Search to search for a phrase that I remember from a fic. It has a really useful "search within domain" feature, so I can just search the BJFic site.
