Redo fic: Justin wakes up before S1

I don't remember everything, so I don't know if Brian and Justin died, but Justin wakes up sixteen or seventeen again. He decides to get closer to his grandmother who had died in a car accident before his parents find out he is gay. She and her friends are supportive of him, and her friend helps him start his art career. She was a show girl in the past and he learns about her and the other girls. Jennifer eventually finds out he's gay and insists on telling Craig. Once Craig finds out Justing moves into his studio which is a house owned by his grandmother's friend. Justin meets Brian again later and finds out that Brian remembers everthing too.

I have looked everywhere I can think of. Someone please tell me you know which fic this was and where I can find it! Would also like any recs for other redo fics if you know of any! Thank you!
