Justin overhears Brian tell Melanie he is dying

Read a fic years ago where Justin is sitting on a stairway and overhears Brian talking to Melanie about his will and that he is dying. I believe I read it on the old site, The Vault, which I can no longer access. Can't remember if it is long or short, but Brian wants to keep his illness secret, Justin faces him down at some point. If I recall correctly, in the end Brian dies, but Justin has at least spent time with him. Any help you can give is appreciated because it's driving me CRAZY. Love y'all.
