Brian is best friends with Justin’s Older brother

Hi -
1. I’m looking for a story where Justin and Brian are teens and Brian is best friends with Justin’s older brother. Justin and his brother live with Jen - no craig involved. I do think it may have been part of a series

2. I’m still also looking for a story where Brian gets custody of Gus. At some point Lindsey basically agrees to give over or concede Gus’ custody in exchange for Brian paying off their house. I think there is some concern that Brian started paying Gus’ school tuition directly and so Mel and Lindsey couldn’t afford the house payments anymore

In regards to the second story you are looking for, this was discussed one other time along with another story, and I think I mixed the two up. Anyway, I THINK the correct one about Brian paying off the house is Sfscarlet's - Fatherhood, the sequel of The Stripper and A Man's Gotta Know When To Ask For Help.

Hi - thanks for the rely ! It’s definitely similar but it wasn’t Fatherhood either (I was just rereading that series actually!). In the story I’m thinking of Mel and Lindsey has their own house in Pittsburgh and a loan Brian didn’t know about - in fatherhood they stay at the loft and then Brian holds the mortgage on their new house
