Brian is best friends with Justin’s Older brother

Hi -
1. I’m looking for a story where Justin and Brian are teens and Brian is best friends with Justin’s older brother. Justin and his brother live with Jen - no craig involved. I do think it may have been part of a series

2. I’m still also looking for a story where Brian gets custody of Gus. At some point Lindsey basically agrees to give over or concede Gus’ custody in exchange for Brian paying off their house. I think there is some concern that Brian started paying Gus’ school tuition directly and so Mel and Lindsey couldn’t afford the house payments anymore

Thanks for trying on the second! I don’t think that’s it because the girls were living in Pittsburgh in it. Also there was a scene I think where Lindsey takes jenny to an event (I think possibly a soccer game) and doesn’t have cash in her purse for snacks.
