B/J soulmates

This is so confusing... I thought this site moved to Dreamwidth, but it seems to be still active. So I give it a try.
I remember a fic where B&J don’t know each other first, but they suddenly start to feel a strange pull. The compulsory soulmate thing is real in this story, though of course Brian doesn’t believe in it until it happens to him. I think it is Brian’s POV.
They are at the diner the first time they feel it, and Brian is wondering which guy it could be. Justin is the new waiter, but Brian doesn’t look at him twice. They both are put off first.
