Brian takes Justin to a secret place

I only remember one scene in this story and it's a long time since I read it. I remember there was an emotional Brian scene where he took Justin to a secret place - an abandoned building or mine shaft or something - where he kept a kind of hideout. There was a box, I believe, and Brian showed Justin the things that were in the box which were, I believe, a few mementos from his childhood. In any event, they were items that held special meaning to Brian. I don't think even Michael knew about the place. It was quite an emotional scene, from what I recall. I've been through the tag a dozen times and can't find anything like this.

Anyone recall something like this?
