Looking for a specific fic ... of course. What I remember of it is that Justin was in Italy and had married the daughter of an Italian family. She had heart problems and they had two kids. Not sure if it was total AU or just AR but I know that the wife dies and Brian found him, somehow.

Anyone have any clue?
