I'm looking for b/j fics that have a very dominating or bossy brian, I'm also looking for a story were Brian and Justin are on Babylon or something like that and a guy come up to Justin and starts getting rough with him and Brian intervenes or something.

Very dominating and bossy Brian...that would be Alex's fics...LOL.
I'm giving you the links to his LJ, which is f-locked, but ask and he'll friend you. I also suggest reading them in order, but it's not technically necessary as they all stand on their own. They are all totally HOT, exceptionally well-written, and explore a different kink with just a touch of the dark side thrown in.
