looking for a specific Justin!Cancer fic

I'm looking for a S4 fic where Justin gets cancer instead of Brian.
In this fic, Brian finds the lump on Justin's balls during sex, and after Justin is diagnosed he tells Brian it's cancer at Kinnetic.
The last scene of the fic i'm looking for has Brian and Justin laying in a field after Justin gets the all-clear.

I've checked the cancer fic tags and it wasn't linked anywhere there (unless i'm going mad!!).

I am looking for a fic where Justin is living in NY with a boyfriend and Brian comes to see him or get him back.  He is very confident that Justin will come with him.  That is all that I can remember and I can't find it.
