Prom remembered after dripping paint?

There was that fic, someone asked for it here, I wanted to read it, but never came around to it and now I can't find it anymore. I searched here for hours, last months and tags and all, and I found nothing, so I give up.. help please, people!
Anyway, I just remember that Justin stands in his studio working and when blue paint drips on the floor, he remembers the dance at the prom or something along these lines.. I think it was post-513, but I'm not sure about it, and I can't tell more about it, just these paint dripping on the floor thing, not much, hope someone knows this nevertheless, like I said, I never read the story, but I want to.. help? I just read "A haunting affair" (loved it) and was wondering if there are anymore ghost stories with Justin (or Brian too).
I also read "DNOBS" which I lovw aswell.
I checked the tags but it only says "A haunting affair" in it.
Does anyone know of any others please?

Are there any fics out there, that have Brian proposing marriage to Justin without the Bombing? I don't care if it's canon, years after, how or when he proposes, just that he does. Him wanting to marry Justin and planing it, thinking about it, buying rings, or doing just the legal paperwork, or whateva, but doing the proposal without this wake-up call? Thanks in advance for any fics you can recommend me!
