Two Things: B/J Gets a Surrogate & Cody on a Rampage

Hi again. I'm looking for two things.

1) Is there any fics out there where Brian and Justin ask Cynthia to be a surrogate mother for a child for both of them? I know there are some where Daphne is a surrogate, but was wondering about Cynthia.

2) I'm looking for a fic that I read on bjfic quite sometime ago. It was about Cody convincing Justin to come hold up a mall with him, but when they got there Justin copped out. Cody then dragged Justin around the mall with him as he went on a shooting rampage. Does anyone remember this fic, and do you know if it ever got finished? The last I know it was still a WIP.

EDIT: Found #2. Earthquakes by bloodyrose82. The author has stated that she's feels this fic can exist as it is, without further interruption on her part. I really hope she does go back and at least ties up the loose ends in one last chapter! :) Still looking for any of #1.
