I'm lost. Again. It's sad, I know. >.<

So this time, I'm looking for 2 fics. I'm pretty sure they're on Moonshadow Tribe but I can't remember the title of the stories or the authors. Ugh. Brain fuse shortage.

So, the first one is centered around politics. It's a comedy. Brian is a senator or something and Congress (I think) is trying to pass anti-gay legislation. He signs it but there was a catch. It said that only white people can get married or something like that (I'm not sure.. but I remember it caused a stir amongst people.. or more like a riot). And to get it repealed, Brian starts listing off all the times he and Justin had engaged in sexual activities. He, of course, gets his way in the end.

The second one is a Christmas fic. Brian had to go on a business trip but there was a blizzard and he got caught in it. He meets a couple -- a priest and his wife -- who are expecting a baby. They find an inn but the owner is Justin's homophobic uncle (his name was Hiram I think?) so they get kicked out. Wonder of wonders, Brian meets Chris Hobbs (who if I remember correctly, ironically discovered he was queer) and they exchange cars. The woman gives birth in a barn or something to that effect and Justin finds him.

Brian but not Justin - fics

I'm wondering if anyone can direct me to "Justin-free" stories about Brian. By Justin-free I mean stories in which Justin doesn't play any active role: not even as a memory. In addition, Brian mustn't be in a romantic relationship with Michael. Are there such stories around?

Hi. I’m looking for two kinds of stories.

 

I’m just finishing season two again. And I wanted some gap-fillers for episodes 18-20, mainly about Ethan and Justin. But the other characters too. (Just not Mel and Lindsay, please. Not a fan of those two.)

 

My other request is probably more unusual, but here goes...

 

I’ve read a lot of AU’s where Justin’s a hustler and Brian saves him. Pretty much all of them end once Brian gets him off the streets, and they get together in a conventional or non-conventional way. I’d like to find a story that goes a little further.

 

Like them trying to build a relationship while Justin’s past and Brian’s messed up emotional issues get in the way.

 

Maybe someone from Justin’s past keeps coming back. Or I can just hear Mikey’s whining when he finds out, “Brian, he’s a hustler. How can you be dating a hustler...?”

 

And Brian saying something like, “Former hustler...and we’re not dating. I don’t do boyfriends.”

 

Is there an AU story remotely like this anywhere? I’ve read “Lost and Found” and “Rehab,” that’s not exactly what I’m looking for.

Okay, who is writing "A Face in the Crowd"? any recent updates?

I just read this fic, but can't remember it. Brian takes Justin to Vermont, they get married but Justin isn't allowed to tell anyone. I think Melodie stumbles over the fact that they are married. Ted may have known or figured it out as well.

my mind is swiss cheese...

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
