Can I get some recommendations for good schmoopy love stories? I've been OD-ing on angst for the last week and it's become a total downer!

I'm looking for a fic where Justin and Molly live on a ranch/farm their parents have died and they're going to lose the place. Brian comes along to help them and of course him and Justin fall in love.
I read this one awhile ago but that's all I can remember of it.
