Justin left brian and bought a house in Canada(?) under brian's name. That is how Brian found him. I only have very little memories of it and cant seem to remember anything else about the fic

The thing that i remember is that
1. justin had twins.
2. someone (a man) was babysitting the twins when brian came to canada to find justin
