Linds tells cops B/J have drugs/Linds moves to artist colony *FOUND*

Hi all! I'm looking for 2 fics that involve B/J getting custody of Gus.

1. In the first one Lindsay (or maybe Mel?) calls the cops and tells them there are drugs at Britin, and they come search and find nothing. It's during a custody fight of some sort.

2. Lindsay takes off while Mel's pregnant, and B/J take care of her. Lindsay comes back briefly, but then decides to move to an artist's colony. She gives up her rights to Gus, and there's a scene where she's leaving and Gus is watching from his bedroom window.

It's possible these are the same fic, and I'll have a 'duh' moment when someone reminds me which fic(s) it is.

https://midnightwhispers.net/viewstory.php?sid=421 The police part is in Chapter 14, Lindsay does leave and goes to Paris with Gus, when Gus isn't happy she sends him back to Mel, (Mel and Lindsay split up before her trip to Paris). She signs all the papers that Mel sends to her when Mel discovers she is sick and Lindsay doesn't read anything but signs it, only to come home 2 years later thinking she will get Gus only to find out that Brian has sole custody of Gus. She sues, sends the police.

Not sure if it's #2 or not, there are many Lindsay leaves Mel stories out there.

I think #2 is Julesmonster' story, not sure of the name.

Edit: Could be "Broken dreams" - after having Justin's twins Lindsey has a major breakdown and decides to go to a colony in New Mexico.

Yes it is 'Broken Dreams'. The Gus in window w/ Lindsey leaving is the ending @ about 1/2 to 2/3 thru the final chapter 10 (https://midnightwhispers.net/viewstory.php?sid=2155&chapter=10&textsize=2)
