Justin injured during party at Brett's house...

and somehow a young man that was killed at the party is mistakenly identified as Justin. Brian rushes to LA to identify the body and discovers it isn't Justin. If I remember correctly Justin was knocked over a balcony railing and was unconscious.

I tried to check the tags but there are over 200 entries under the b/j injured tag. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yay for found! :) Psst, would have had better luck with the 64 entries under "b/j thinks the other is or may be dead." But I just skimmed through those and you still would have had to go back to like 2009 to find it, lol, so I'm glad you asked here 'cause now we'll have a fresher post for this fic under that tag! :)

LOL! I didn't see that tag! Thank you for pointing it out to me! Now if I can just remember it the next time I'm looking for a fic with that plot! :)
