Dr Justin gives Virgin/shy Brian prostate exam with a Happy Ending

I really hope I didn't dream up this fic as I'm dying to read it again.
I read this fic many years ago, possibly on MW.
I remember that Justin is a doctor. Brian is repressed sexually (I can't remember why-I think maybe he was kinda grossed out at being gay or is shy about having sex with someone)
I think he has some kinda of skin rash from using sex toys he's allergic to and is mortified that he has to expose this to his doctor.
Justin can't help but feel Brian up during the exam.
I really hope this fic is not just the result of my fevered dreams.

The story is very good but it defenitely should have a sequel
