Brian travels to Japan (?) for his work. Relationship suffers

Well....that pretty much sums it up! LOL. I don't remember a lot. I do believe Brian and Justin got married and right after left for Japan. I think he was working for Kodak or something?

I was reading a fic where Brian had to go somewhere for work and this one suddenly clicked.

Anything to get this darn story out of my head would be great!! :)

There is a story similar to what you are asking for but Brian's client is Sony and he does go to Japan.

It is a really old fic and about 77 chapters long but I don't remember the chapters themselves being long ones. I read it once when it was first finished well over 10 years ago but I was sort of so-so about the story line. I never had a craving to read it again like I do with other fics. I do remember it was sometimes hard to tell which characters pov I was reading throughout the story. Also B/J have kids in this one.

As a warning: I do remember that the last few chapters deal with an original character death and also Major Character Deaths just in case that is a problem for anyone. There are no warnings on the story and you don't want to read all those chapters and find out in chapters 76 and 77 that BAM oops... That's what happened to me.

The only other story I can remember about working in Japan involves Justin in Japan for art show/work, Jennifer dies and Justin comes back for the funeral. Brian returns to Japan with him until the show is over.

I've been reading fan fics since the show started so I keep forgetting that not everyone has read all the older fics.

I just reread my above post and realized that I should have put a spoiler warning on it for any newbies that haven't read the fic. I know I'm really bad about doing this and I'm bad about catching that I've done it until it is to late to fix like now since someone has replied to my post and I can't fix it.

So.... I apologize. As much as I'd like to say I will be more considerate in the future and not do it again, I know I'll probably forget by the next time. So in advance I apologize for all my future spoiler posts... Just in case....

Don't apologize, hon. Personally, I'm much more concerned with people not being warned about fics that should have warnings than I am about spoilers.

Regarding that, may I ask, does "Major Character Deaths" mean B/J or non-B/J characters? (See? I'm asking you to spoil more!) Sometimes that term is used to refer to any member of the gang, but when it comes to tagging posts here (which is why I'm asking), it really only refers to Brian and Justin.

Ahem, anyone who doesn't want to know, close your eyes before you get to blk's response, lol.

You have to scroll down a bit and look for the title as there's a tremendous amount of absolutely fabulous fics on her fic page. If you've never read her stuff, you should. She's one of the penultimate BJ fic writers, imo.

Thanks. I just finished rereading all of her stories for the umpteenth time. I knew I had read it recently but my old brain couldn't remember the who, what or where. Well I knew where as it is on my reader. LOL. I read a lot of fics over and over again.
